Holiday Events on LBI 2021
For some, the holiday season starts on Black Friday, while others kick off the holiday season as soon as the trick-or-treaters walk away from the door on Halloween. Fortunately, there are plenty of events throughout the holiday season to celebrate! Let’s jump on in!
Santa’s Viking Village and Tree Lighting
Kick off the season watching Santa arrive in town and see his Viking Village in Barnegat Light! This fun, kid-friendly event will get the whole family full of holiday cheer!
LBI Christmas Parade 2021
This year, Ship Bottom has its 42nd Annual Christmas parade. Come see the “Comfort and Joyful Christmas” themed parade on December 4th.
Holiday Events at Reynolds Garden Shop
Come out on December 4 with the kiddos to visit with Santa and get the annual photo! If you love to get crafty with your festive décor, we have the event for you! Register ahead of time to create an amazing Holiday Centerpiece on December 11! They have 2 sessions because this class is such a hit! Reynold’s has lots of events this season to get your home ready for Christmas!
Christmas Craft Show
If you are feeling less creative, let somebody else do the work! Check out the Annual show November 20 & 21 at Saint Francis Community Center. Check out the chance auction and the food booths while you’re there!
Holiday Market Festival 2021
From November 20 until December 5, head over to Loveladies to check out the artisan crafted gifts at the Holiday Market. If you head over on November 27, small business Saturday, there will be food trucks and live music!
“A Musical Christmas Carol”
If you love live shows, especially during the holiday season, you will want to check this out. “Ebenezer” will be performed December 4 at Surf Light Theatre in Beach Haven. We all know the story and we all know a “Scrooge” but seeing this musical will be a festive new experience!
Come for an Event, Stay for the Beach
If you’re coming to LBI from out of town, don’t kill the excitement with a lengthy car ride. Spread out the holiday magic over the weekend and book a night at the Spray Beach Inn. Take a walk on the beautiful beach, right out their front door. With any luck, there’ll be some snow!
